I’VE ALWAYS BEEN A NOTICER.
I’m fascinated by the things we almost miss—the strange, beautiful, tender, imperfect pieces of ordinary life.
Photography became my way of keeping those things.
Maybe that’s why I’ve never cared much for perfection.
Real life is far more interesting.
I have a thing for

I’m an introvert by nature, which mostly means I’ve spent a lot of my life quietly taking things in.
I love old movies, books, art, wandering somewhere unfamiliar with a camera in my hand, and conversations that go well past the surface. I’m a mother of four, happiest with a small circle, and usually in need of a little quiet after too much people-ing.
Sometimes I know exactly why something makes me stop.
Sometimes I just know I want to remember it.
